Position Overview

As a Clean-in Centre leader, you will guide, coach and mentor associates to be successful as well as focused on customer satisfaction. In this role as a leader, you
are responsible for the marketing, sales and customer service of the Clean-it Centre location as well as the community involvement and networking required to achieve and maintain the customer base.

We are looking for dynamic, driven and customer oriented individuals who will;

and quotations, liaison between sales representative and customers
- Supervise and coordinate all Clean-it Centre associates and ensure all operational hours are covered.
- Participate in the development and execution of the sales and operating budgets for the retail store.
- Assist in the development of the marketing programs for the retail store and to complete mailing and follow up calls to their target accounts.
- Accountable for day-to-day operation of the Clean-it Centre including, but not limited to, stocking shelves, daily housekeeping and upkeep, merchandising

and promotional displays
- Responsible for promoting Clean-it Centre and House Accounts
- Coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management of Clean-it associates
