Greenstone Gold Mines L.P. is a 60/40 joint venture partnership between Equinox Gold and Orion Mine Finance Group formed for the purpose of the joint ownership and development of the Greenstone Gold Property including the Greenstone Mine located on a historical mine site in the Geraldton-Beardmore Greenstone belt in Ontario. The Greenstone Mine is managed directly by a dynamic and experienced Owner’s team, with an estimated $1.5 Billion investment over the three-year construction and commissioning phase, and a 14-year operating life of mine.
Greenstone Mine is seeking an Expediting & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Material & Inventory Specialist, the Expediting & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the movement of all materials is done efficiently through the Supply Chain while respecting GGM’s core values mission statement.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**: Create all Inbound Documents (Advanced Ship Notices - ASN) as provided in SAP. Create all Outbound Documents as required for processing. Manage, monitor and over the MySDS portal for site. Maintain accurate data to forecast upcoming transportation requirements to provide timely and cost-effective service. Identify alternative solutions and execute when faced with changes and challenges in shipping and transportation requirements. Utilize a collaborative approach working with Materials Management and logistics to ensure current and accurate information for scheduling work activities. Arrange, track, and expedite products, materials, and supplies with Vendors. Use knowledge of rates, traffic movement, North American customs regulations, and taxes to assist suppliers on import and export of materials. Transportation of Dangerous Goods documentation and filing Assist and process materials within the Refurbishment Process along with Repairs and Returns. Assist with resolution of invoices (AP issues) Data preparation for WinShuttle uploads Assist with Add to Stock documentation process. Any other opportunities and assignments as deemed relevant.

LOCATION
This position will be based in Geraldton, Ontario.
Greenstone Mine provides company transportation from multiple pick-up point locations.
