**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial accountability.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role with strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and cash handling expertise.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes.
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively to foster a collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
