With over 30 years of Tent Rental experience, Advanced Tent Rental (ATR) is the tenting and temporary structure division of Event Rental Group, a division of Chair-man Mills Corp (CMMC) and is one of Canada’s largest event rental companies with facilities located in the GTA & Atlantic Canada with the capacity to service across Canada and throughout North America for event tents, clear-span structures, flooring, and heating.

Advanced Tent is looking for eager and highly motivated **Tent Installers** to join our team for the season (until November). We are looking for 5 hires to start May 1st.

The Tent Installer is responsible for the timely and safe installation of event tenting and the timely delivery and set up of event rental items and equipment. Additionally, the individual will load delivery vehicles, deliver to and unload tenting and related rental equipment at the customer’s location.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Work under direct supervision of a Crew Leader
- Perform duties to install and remove tent structures, flooring systems, and other event products
- Load and offload trucks and delivery vehicles
- Exercise proper care in the use of tools and equipment, maintain clean and safe working area
- Work with others in a positive and team-oriented manner
- Will also be required to wash tents in our Warehouse when required

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 60lbs as well as work at heights (will certify if you do not have the training)
- Team player and strong ability to follow direction
- Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems
- Overtime hours and weekend work may be required, a flexible work schedule is an asset
