**ROLE SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Field Service Team Lead oversees a staff of Equipment Service employees responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and mechanical service of Cold Drink Equipment throughout our territory of central Alberta.

The Field Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations: managing schedules, coaching and developing team, setting and ensuring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets and goals are met, managing inventory, submitting reports and data to stakeholders, and completing field service work as required.

In addition to managing the direct employees, the Field Service Team Lead is Subject Matter Expert (SME) liaison with internal/ external customers to respond to needs, seek feedback on performance, and creating a positive experience for the customer.
- **Safety First**:Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and local regulations while performing duties.  Safe and defensive driving as critical.
- **Team Leadership**:Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Service team, ensuring the achievement of KPIs and driving employee engagement.
- **Team and Customer Coordination Support**:Lead daily huddles, maintaining clear communication and supporting schedule coordination across the team to ensure fair and efficient distribution of service calls. The Field Service Team Lead will be the primary contact for installations, new builds, renovations, and related initiatives.
- **Field Service Team Performance**: The Field Service Team Lead acts both as a Service Technical and a Team Lead. You will be an active team member, supporting service tickets, installations, and cold drink equipment maneuvers. Proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement and identifying best practices.
- **Internal and External Relationships**:Work cross functionally with our Leadership Teams to support special projects as well as routine activities. You will be responsible for completing required reporting to CCCBL including but not limited to inventory. The Field Service Team Lead is the primary point of contact with Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited for Equipment Service.
- **Technology and Data Management**: Maintaining data in our systems is critical to operations. You will be responsible for maintaining service data and your tablet.
- **Teamwork**: Support and contribute to a fun, respectful work environment by being an exceptional teammate.
- **Physical Requirements**: Must be capable of lifting up to 75lbs in a safe manner as directed by Management and WCB requirements. This role often involves heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, so physical fitness and stamina are essential.

**IMPORTANT DETAILS**

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years related experience
- HVAC, Plumbing and Electro/Mechanical experience
- Experience in Beverage Equipment Service and/or Appliance Repair is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, Trades Certificate or equivalent is an asset
- Diagnostic troubleshooting experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Effective coaching and talent development

**Requirements**:

- Ability to consistently bend, kneel and safely life up to 75lbs
- Valid drivers license (Driver’s Abstract will be required) and reliable transportation

**Regular Hours**
- 7:00 - 4:00 PM
- On Call Rotation

Pay: Up to $62,000.00 per year
