If you are passionate about paints and interior design, home decor, window treatments, wallpaper and enjoy interacting with customers providing creative but tangible solutions, then you will find working at Colours And Morea fulfilling experience. You should be eager to engage with commercial and retail customers providing top notch customer service right from asking the right questions, identifying customer needs and processing the sales transactions. Your daily routine includes various aspects of retail sales, customer service, store operations, merchandising and store administration.

**Preferred requirements**:

- Have prior retail sales work experience preferably in interior design or home decor stores
- Possess educational background in home decoration or relevant interior design programs from a Canadian College/ University
- Versatile in utilizing web and digital media (IG/ FB, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- Have a valid Ontario motor vehicle drivers’ licence

**Key requirements**:

- Able to recognise differences between colours and shades, previous interior design or decoration experience
- Fluency in English and inter personal communication over phone, written and in person
- Self motivated, well rounded leadership skills, detail oriented, excellent time and conflict management capabilities, well-organised, able to work in a fast paced, multi task environment
- At least 18 years of age, legally authorised to work in Canada, minimum High school diploma
- Ability to work in retail sales setting as per scheduled hours, evenings and or weekends.
- Able to carry/ lift or move 5-gallon paint cans and up to 50 lbs items, arrange, retrieve and stock items and paint cans on shelves

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $11.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Interior Design Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
