**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general labor tasks on the construction site.
- Operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction, interior renovation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or schematics is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.
