**Description**:P38 Energy Inc. is dedicated to providing our customers with the exceptional customer service with nine propane locations in Ontario and Quebec.**

The Branch Manager plays a central role in overseeing local operations. As a hands-on field coordinator, he ensures the smooth delivery of propane, operational safety, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Actively present on site, he supports field staff, validates delivery routes based on seasonal realities, and ensure that all aspects—logistics, customer service, training, and compliance—work in alignment.

**Responsibilities**: Provide leadership consistent with company values by hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.**
- ** Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily operations related to propane delivery, service, and equipment maintenance.
- Validate delivery routes with a focus on safety and efficiency, taking into account seasonal challenges.
- Provide ongoing support to field teams (drivers, technicians, customer service) — be a present and accessible leader.
- Participate in the training and development of employees on technical and operational aspects.
- Ensure high-quality customer service through proactive issue resolution and personalized follow-up.
- Manage staff scheduling and vacation planning to maintain continuous service.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance of the facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with head office to optimize practices and resolve operational challenges
- Work with sales personnel to develop new customers and maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
- Establish position within the geographic market area as the propane supplier of choice.

**Requirements**:
The successful individual will know how to build a solid team, grow market share, deliver customer service, and develop customer loyalty.

**Ideal Profile**
- Experience in the propane industry or a related field (transportation, energy, field-based distribution).
- Strong background in team coordination and operational management.
- Practical leadership style, focused on day-to-day support and presence in the field.
- Excellent skills in route planning and logistics, especially in managing seasonal or urgent situations.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and regulations, including the handling and transport of dangerous goods (TDG).
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-changing operational environment.

Experience: Minimum of three years business and/or operational experience required. Delivery, sales, and general management experience desired. Propane, and/or oil, Plumbing, Mechanical operations experience necessary.
