The Zesty Lemon Clothing Co. is seeking a dedicated **Support & Customer Service Associate** to assist with admin, customer service, and store operations, making a true difference in our community

**Position**: Support & Customer Service Associate
**Location**: New Westminster, BC
**Type**: Part-time to Full-time, 20-40 hours/week (depending on business needs)
**Pay**: To be discussed
**Experience**: 2+ Years in a Retail/Clothing Store Setting; Shopify experience is an asset.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Provide essential support to store operations** and assist in admin tasks, ensuring a seamless day-to-day workflow.
- **Deliver top-notch customer service,** helping individuals find their perfect fit and style while supporting our body-positive mission.
- **Assist with inventory management**—receive, organize, and prepare products for launch.
- **Maintain visual merchandising** standards and create inviting displays.
- **Contribute to social media and online store presence,** comfortable being on camera when needed.
- **Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations** and an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Additional duties may be added or modified as needed.

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in retail and customer service, with at least 2 years in a clothing store setting.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ready to provide **supportive admin assistance** to our store owner.
- Enthusiastic about inclusivity and customer care, bringing a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts that include weekends to meet the store’s needs.
- Comfortable maneuvering around the store, handling stock, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A great communicator who loves creating a welcoming, body-positive environment.
- Shopify experience is a bonus
