**Summary**

Our **Regina **location is currently seeking a highly motivated customer-focused individual for the position of **Inside Sales**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide project quotes, enter delivery/special orders and assist in purchasing
- Build strong customer relationships through reliable call backs, follow up on deliveries and awareness of project timelines to foresee customer needs
- Be a source of knowledge and willing to learn about new building and home improvement materials
- Communicate with the shipping department to ensure delivery schedules and instructions are met
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers
- Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Sales experience in a customer service setting.
- Building material and home improvement product knowledge is an asset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Strong computer skills
- Customer-service focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation**
- **Wages - **Salary negotiable based on experience, starting at $42,000 annually, with 2 weeks of paid vacation.
