We operate a licensed Starbucks in our Sheraton Parkway Toronto North hotel lobby. We operate two (2) adjoining properties - Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel and Best Western Parkway Hotel, conveniently located at Highway 7 and Leslie Street in Richmond Hill. Accessible via YRT /VIVA transit, and Highways 7, 404 and 407. We offer complimentary staff parking, discounted health club membership, and discount at the food & beverage outlets, along with discounted employee rates for Marriott and Best Western hotels around the globe.

We are currently seeking a full time Sales Supervisor to join our Starbucks team to create and maintain a positive experience for customers, preparing and serving food & beverage as required by customer, while maintaining both Starbucks and Sheraton standards. The duties include, but are not limited to the following;

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares and serves beverage and/or food items as required by customer
- Handles sales and monetary transactions using POS system
- Responsible for store cleanliness and order at all times
- Responsible for inventory and purchasing
- Responsible for weekly inventory counts
- Responsible for weekly work scheduling
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately with co-workers, managers and customers
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of both Starbucks and Sheraton
- Maintains and models a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events; continues to keep outlet operating to standards and sets a positive example for the shift team
- Engages in conversation with customers to understand customer needs
- Models a “customer comes first” attitude, delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Identifies concerns and areas for improvement and brings forward to supervisor/manager
- Other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to speak English clearly and distinctly
- Must have the ability to read and write English
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to use POS (Point of Sale) system
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
- Must be able to work with mínimal or no supervision
- Prior Starbucks or similar experience preferred
- Full time - Must be flexible with availability to work shifts as required, including weekends
