**Job Posting: Packaging & Merchandising Assistant (Part-Time & Full Time)**

**Location**: Maison Fresh, St. Lawrence Market, Toronto, ON

**Compensation**: $18-$20/hour, 20-40 hours per week

**About Maison Fresh**:Maison Fresh is a boutique produce and prepared food business in the heart of St. Lawrence Market. We specialize in high-end seasonal produce, locally grown organic goods, and beautifully packaged items including our Kind Organics sprouts. As we grow, we're introducing more house-made, ready-to-cook and grab-and-go meals.

We’re currently hiring **2 part-time Packaging & Merchandising Assistants** who are reliable, hands-on, and excited to work behind the scenes — and occasionally on the floor — in a dynamic local food environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Weighing, labeling, and packaging sprouts and produce in a cold room environment
- Picking and packing customer orders for delivery and in-store sales
- Tracking inventory and ensuring accurate counts
- Creating in-store merchandising displays
- Assisting with basic prep (e.g., chopping vegetables)
- Supporting cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Engaging with customers when needed — friendly, helpful communication required

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort working in a cold environment
- Accuracy in weighing and labeling
- Experience with packing, inventory, or merchandising is an asset
- Food Handler Certification is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
