**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow and other related equipment to remove snow from roads, and parking lots in various settings from commercial sites to condominiums.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations requiring snow removal.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate effective snow removal strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding equipment status and any issues encountered during operations.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while operating machinery.

**Experience**
- Proven knowledge and experience for the operation of V-plows.
- Clean driving record with a minimum of a Class G licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
