Sounds interesting? Here’s what your day would look like as a Mounter at Tempo:

- Check new plates with the order to ensure the plate and PDF match the customer's specifications and artwork.
- Mount plates onto cores for use in the Printing Presses, ensuring art is properly secured.
- Perform job checks of the final product that are mounted and processed.
- File new job or artwork packages, using the rolodex (Microsoft Access), ensuring plates are placed in the correct location by master number.
- Communicate with the Customer Service and Pre-Press departments for instructions on the disposal of old plates.
- Completion of end of shift cleaning and organization of the mounting workstation including, but not limited to, filling solvents, changing the garbage, and general housekeeping requirements.
- Protect the health and safety of yourself and others by performing safety circle checks on equipment, creating work orders to repair damaged equipment, and keeping common workstations and areas clean.
- Work as a team to overcome shift obstacles, exceed daily department targets and celebrate team successes.
- Promote Tempo’s core values by working within all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required by the Printing and Lamination Supervisor or Manager.

**Ready to apply? Here’s what we need from you**:

- High School Diploma, or GED Equivalent
- Past working knowledge or experience working with a variety of Mounter environments and equipment, or other transferable machinery skills would be an advantage
- Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems, and work with mínimal supervision
- High level of personal integrity and accountability, with mutual respect in dealing and speaking with others
- A positive outlook, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow as a person and team
