**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately measure out required raw powders for clay batches
- Operate manual and automatic mixing equipment.
- Participation in 5S team activities.
- Quality testing on prepared mixed materials
- Use forklift to move materials.
- All employees are provided with on the job training and cross trained to work in
numerous positions.

NOTE: The raw materials used in this process is powdery in nature. Proper PPE will be provided required to be worn.

Experience working in a Manufacturing environment, an asset.
- Must have reliable attendance.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and reporting skills (written and oral).
- Team player, but can also work independently
- Motivated, who always thinks in a positive proactive manner.
- Experience with calipers and micrometers, an asset.
- Ability to be on their feet for the entire shift.
- Requires the ability to lift over 50 lbs several times during the shift, unassisted.
- Quick learner who easily adapts to change.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to work overtime, as required.
