The **carpenter** is considered a handyman/handy woman, but excels at finishing carpentry. This person knows the stages of residential renovation projects, adopts a high quality of workmanship to satisfy customers, and is at ease with technology. This person plays a role in managing subcontractors through their job site presence and rigour.

**REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES**
- You have experience in residential renovation
- You have you’re carpenter diploma
- You are confortable with technology
- You have you’re driver licence

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (required)
