You will be taking care of a mixed client portfolio of 9 sites. Travel will include weekly site visits across Charlottetown, Stratford, Summerside and Granville. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm with flexibility needed as business needs fluctuate. When not on the road visiting sites you are welcome to work from the comfort of your own home.

**What your day to day will look like**:
- Conducting site visits at store locations within your region
- Responsible for locations assigned by Account Manager and providing daily/ weekly updates
- Perform building walk through and inspections following all safety procedures and providing appropriate paperwork when work incidents occur
- Manage inventory reporting replenishing supplies and providing orders to Account manager
- Training of new employees and go to point of contact for on site employees handling scheduling, absences, and any personnel issues
- General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; stone care; carpet cleaning; carpet spotting; upholstery cleaning; other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- 1 year previous management experience
- Valid Drivers licence in good standing
- Must have knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry having worked on commercial sites previously
- Ability to provide supervision and training of new employees as well as give daily direction and work lists
- Must be WHMIS certified
- Must be able to read and explain MSDS sheets
**Additional Job Details**:
- Must be available 24/7 in case of emergency or client needs
- IPad cellphone and computer provided
- Company vehicle and gas card provided

- 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter
- 20-40 minute to an hour assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks).
- 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
