**What to Expect**

As we continue to innovate, we are seeking a **highly accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead our **engineering, AI, and product development teams** in designing and manufacturing **next-generation security and passive safety systems** for **OEMs, enterprises, and individual consumers**. The CTO will drive **strategic technology initiatives, oversee R&D, and position SkyGuard Innovations as the industry’s leader in AI-enhanced security and safety solutions**.

**What You’ll DoTechnology & Product Strategy**
- Develop and implement a **comprehensive technology roadmap** for **AI-driven vehicle security, home security, and OEM passive safety systems**.
- Lead the development of **autonomous threat detection, biometric security, encrypted communication, and AI-powered risk mitigation systems**.
- Oversee **ECU-based passive safety system design and integration** for automotive OEMs, ensuring compliance with **ISO 26262 and NCAP safety standards**.
- Define strategies for **AI, IoT, and cybersecurity** in **connected vehicles, smart home security, and aerospace safety solutions**.
- Drive **global product innovation** across **automotive, military, aerospace, and consumer markets**.

**Research & Development (R&D) Leadership**
- Lead **AI-driven passive safety system development**, integrating **real-time crash detection, occupant protection algorithms, and emergency response automation**.
- Develop and optimize **machine learning models for predictive security, encrypted communication, and anomaly detection**.
- Guide AI teams in **autonomous vehicle security and advanced vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2X) protection technologies**.
- Establish **strategic partnerships with OEMs, research institutions, and government security agencies**.

**Engineering & Manufacturing Oversight**
- Direct the **design, testing, and production of AI-powered vehicle security, smart home safety, and passive restraint systems**.
- Optimize **manufacturing processes** for **ECUs, AI-enhanced home security, and fleet monitoring solutions**.
- Oversee **regulatory compliance (ISO, SAE J3061, UL 2900, and GDPR)** for **AI security, passive vehicle safety, and connected smart home solutions**.

**Executive Leadership & Business Growth**
- Collaborate with the **CEO, CFO, and executive leadership** to align **technology strategies with market expansion and revenue growth**.
- Identify **merger and acquisition opportunities, strategic partnerships, and government contract bids** to accelerate adoption of SkyGuard’s technologies.
- Represent SkyGuard Innovations in **global security and AI industry events, smart mobility forums, and OEM safety summits**.
- Mentor and build **elite engineering, AI, and cybersecurity teams**, fostering a culture of **innovation, collaboration, and technological excellence**.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Highly experienced in technology leadership roles**, with expertise in **AI** **security, IoT, vehicle safety, passive restraint systems, and cybersecurity**.
- **Proven track record in AI-powered security system development, passive vehicle safety R&D, and large-scale technology deployment**.
- **Experience with ECU design, vehicle security integration, and passive safety system innovation for OEMs**.
- **Proficiency in IoT cybersecurity, AI-driven automation, and smart home security protocols**.
- **Knowledge of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, NCAP, SAE J3061) and cybersecurity regulations (NIST, GDPR, ISO 21434)**.
- **Strong executive leadership, strategic planning, and team-building experience**.
- **Experience working with aerospace, defense, and law enforcement security solutions is a plus**.
