**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Horizontal Directional Driller to join our team.

This role involves operation of Horizontal Directional Drill equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to the efficient execution of drilling projects.

The role will work closely with a team to achieve project goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety & report directly to the Rig/Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate directional drill and associated equipment, including & not limited to mud mixing a guidance equipment
- Understand & Monitor critical drilling parameters and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling operations effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, pressure, and other relevant data.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in drilling operations, preference given to Trenchless Experience
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is highly desirable [100,000 lb + Rigs].
- Experience operating heavy machinery is an asset
- A valid AZ commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Three years experience
