Salesforce Administrator

As Junior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Tarkett Sports. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Junior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users, working as part of a larger team with varied goals and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

- User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- User support tickets
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Perform Data migration for a large amount of data using Data loader, Workbench.
- Configure Objects, fields, relationships, users, workflows, schema, and the security model based on the design
- Work with Dynamic Apex to access sObjects and Field information, visualforce components, and execute SOQL, SOSL, and DML queries.

Qualifications and Background
- Salesforce product knowledge and 1+ years hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Bachelor’s or professional qualification
- Any other Salesforce certifications such as Developer 1 would be an asset
- Knowledge of lightning component and/or Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Pardot an asset

- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
- Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for the Salesforce environment
- Bilingual with fluent written and spoken English to support end users outside of Quebec
