_Skilled Handyman/Repairman_

Do you want a rewarding job utilizing your skills in painting, minor plumbing, light electrical work, carpentry, and building maintenance? You should take on this assignment Join Us today and you must be able to travel to Greater Vancouver.

Execute basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance and repairs, including the following:

- fix, stain, and sand woodwork
- repair shelving, caulk/seal sinks & toilets, and replace light bulbs plasterboard.
- Replace outlets and switches.
- Furniture and equipment can be taken apart, put back together, and repaired.
- Assess the building's safety and that of its parts, keeping an eye out for hazards like burned-out lights, unsteady doors, and hinges, cracked walls, and playground safety.
- Organize, monitor, and maintain equipment and supplies in work and storage spaces.
- Assistance with maintenance and cleanup during emergencies.
- You must have a pick-up truck for work purposes and at least one (1) year of experience.
- In British Columbia, your driver's licence must be class 5/abstract.
- A benefit is having past experience working at several places.

Qualifications: Experience and abilities:

- You must have a valid driver's licence.
- A cheerful disposition and an eagerness to learn.
- The capacity for independence.
- The capacity to collaborate with others.
- You need to be physically fit and have experience using hand tools to succeed in this position.

Compensation: $20 to $ 25 based on experience.
