**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll & HR**:

- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Treasury & Accounts Payable**:

- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and wire transfers.
- Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

**Reporting & Forecasting**:

- Prepare financial reports and provide key insights for decision-making.
- Lead financial forecasting, collaborating with stakeholders for accurate projections.

**Month-End Close & Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial close processes.

**Requirements**:

- **CPA designation preferred**, with strong IFRS knowledge.
- Payroll experience is essential
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a multinational environment.
