Mahogany Salon and Spa (Carleton Place)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Welcome and direct guests for appointments while creating a warm and calming environment.
- Answer phones and direct calls as required
- Assist in managing the guest’s appointment calendar. This includes booking/rescheduling appointments efficiently based off of guest and service provider’s availability, communicating new appointments or changes with the team, etc.
- Achieving goals and targets in sales, service knowledge, and guest service.
- Greet guests with a welcoming and warm attitude in keeping with our company brand and reputation.
- Assist guests upon arrival, throughout their stay, and upon completion of their visit by directing them appropriately.
- Follow our professional business attire dress code and have a self presentation suitable for the beauty industry.
- Conduct themselves with professional verbal and written communication.
- Work well under pressure, handling stress with ease while maintaining a calm atmosphere.
- Computer knowledge is required as well the ability to learn our company booking software system.
- Must be available to work some evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Full time positions currently available at our Carleton Place location. Growth within the company and further compensation available.
