**As a Symbol Crew Labourer, You Will**:

- Promote, lead, and execute a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants in compliance with Miller Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and ensure contractual HSE obligation for the staff and public are met
- Operate forklifts and loaders
- Lay-out and pre-mark on new and existing asphalt by following plans/drawings
- Set up/take down traffic control, as per OTM book7
- Maintain accurate documentation - driver logs, fuel records, time sheets and daily work logs
- Maintain/clean equipment and conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience in highway painting and maintenance with knowledge of OTM Book 7 traffic control, an asset
- Ability to perform minor repairs on the equipment, an asset
- Class G License required. Working towards a D commercial license with air brake endorsement (Z) is an asset
- Flexibility and organizational skills to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent team player to work productively in a highly functional team

- Willingness to work assigned day, night shifts, and travel for extended periods when required
