Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Low Voltage Technician. You will strive to provide low voltage systems for a variety of customers. We perform low voltage installations for clients throughout the Lower Mainland and fraser Valley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation of data/telephone, card access, video surveillance, security and audio cable, per supplied engineering documents at various new construction, and/or renovation sites.
- Physically the job involves: drilling out wood frame, pulling cable through wood frame, steel stud, and/or ceiling spaces, installing devices, and ladder work.
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes.

**Qualifications**:

- Cabling experience/Certification, Security Licensing, and other training and licensing certificates are an asset. Various on-the-job, and local training are available.
- A security licence is required for work involving security installations as per the Security Services Act. We will assist the applicant with this process upon being hired if they do not have one.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools.
- Required: basic tools, drill, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and own transportation.
- We offer a benefit package following three months of service.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers licence with clean driving history.
