Physio Clinic Receptionist

Peak performance physio is looking to fill two **clinic receptionist** roles immediately. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team that makes a difference in people’s lives.

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team in **Whistler**as a clinic receptionist.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly and ensure smooth check-in/out processes
- Manage the booking system, appointments, and therapist schedules
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
- Support therapists with basic administrative needs

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in healthcare office is a prerequisite for the position, at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Friendly, proactive, professional, and reliable personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
- Proficient with basic computer tasks and appointment scheduling tools
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, or physiotherapy is a big plus

**What we offer**

Full time with a 3 day weekend every week

Wage range: $20.00 - $25.00/ hour based on experience

Start date: immediately
