**Overview**

**Duties**
- Measure and cut vinyl flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion.
- Install vinyl flooring using appropriate techniques and tools, ensuring a seamless finish.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in vinyl flooring installation or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical specifications.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor associated with flooring installation tasks.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and automotive repair techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dealership or similar environment is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain equipment properly is essential.
