**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and assemble various types of sushi rolls
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during busy periods.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of sushi ingredients and notifying management when supplies need replenishing.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year experience in a sushi restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on food preparation and handling.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in presentation and quality of food served.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
