Quality Control Technician

Vaughan, Canada Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc. Full time

**Note this is a Night Shift Position (Hours 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM Monday to Friday)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect products as per the company’s requirements and specifications.
- Create and maintain QC log sheets as required.
- Assist with implementation of new products on the shop floor.
- Provide and create weekly QC statistical reports.
- Review and conduct site inspections to ensure proper quality and installation of product when required.
- Create and update work instructions as required.
- Some lifting may and will be required.
- Other functions as required to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Manufacturing quality control experience is preferred.
- Knowledge on usage of measuring tools.
- Ability to read and Interpret construction drawings is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must have a strong understanding of the Quality Assurance methodology
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Monday to Friday
