Trade-Mark Industrial Inc., is a leading multi-trade contractor serving mostly South-Western Ontario and several states through the US based sister company.

**Position Summary**:
This Rental Coordinator role within TMI’s Purchasing team is responsible for securing jobsite equipment rentals, issuing/maintaining rental PO’s in our ERP system, filing associated paperwork and rental status follow up with jobsite contacts.

**Job responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following)**:

- Using created price matrix find and secure rental for all Trade-Mark group of companies.
- Create and maintain purchase orders for secured rentals.
- Follow up with site contact on rental status, coordinating returns and extensions.
- Monitor vendor rental portals for rental reconciliation.
- File all necessary paperwork associated with rental - extensions, service, off rents, etc.
- Record/track non-conformances related to rental PO - late delivery, service issues, invoice issues
- Under direction of Buyer, get quotes for unique rental items or items that are not on the pricing matrixes.
- Resolving issues and discrepancies with vendor invoices, POs and packing slips
- Maintain documents, filings, and other reports in accordance with the company’s policies and practices.
- Updating and maintaining pricing databases
- Cross training with other team members
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma
- At least 2 years of data entry experience.
- Data entry experience within a Purchasing department is a great asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Windows-based programs.
- High level of entry accuracy and speed is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
