**Location: New Minas, NS**

**Pay Rate: Above minimum wage after incentives.**

**About You**:
**Position Overview**:
Our Summer Sales Associates work directly with our client base to provide outstanding customer service to help our clients manage their pool, patio, and hot tubs products. Associate’s work primarily focuses on testing water for pools, hot tubs, and swim spas. Working with our products and clients, Associates will help problem solve water issues and help to maintain safe water conditions for our customers.

As well as water testing, Summer Associates help with daily store operations and maintenance, help design and contribute to in-store displays as well as assist in other business projects that present themselves during our busiest season. Past employees have even assisted the company with recruitment videos, company projects and sales.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Water testing and analysis
- Store maintenance
- Sales and cash transactions
- Product recommendations
- Fulfilling online orders & curbside pick-up orders
- Use of a pallet jack

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Completion of a high-school diploma is required
- Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- English speaking and writing required for this position

**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**:
This position is in an air-conditioned building. Working hours can be between 8-9 hours daily, with the store being open Monday through Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-5 and closed on Sundays. Work weeks are approximately 37.5 hours, worked over five days. The ability to be active on your feet for extended periods of time along with lifting and moving products is a requirement.
