Additionally, you will provide and maintain excellent customer service with both internal and external customers; and enhance the recovery and liquidation of assets by mitigating risks and minimizing loss exposure. **Accountabilities**: - Coordinate the recovery and transportation of assets with a dedicated list of external recovery agents (bailiffs, liquidators and other vendors) in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as collection/debt repayment regulations. - Provide recovery agents with the necessary and accurate information to ensure successful recovery of assets. - Manage recovery files, analyzing and making decisions with respect to best practices (i.e. recovery, write off, legal action). - Negotiate payment plans, settlements and equipment returns, weighing out risk/loss versus gain. - Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with company or regulatory standards and policies. **Successful incumbent** - 2 years of experience in: Administration, Collections and/or Financial Services - Business Administration diploma or equivalent training **Languages** - Fluent in French and English, (written and verbal) **Skills** **Customer centric attitude. Agile. Active listener.
