**Job Summary**
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare construction estimates and assist in budgeting processes for upcoming projects.

**Skills**
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam).
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a construction context.
- Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure project standards are met.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and collaboration.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques to accurately assess project costs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.

This position is essential for the successful execution of construction projects, requiring a dedicated individual who can manage multiple tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the process.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
