**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Picking orders and verifying pick list
- Ensure proper wrapping and storage of skids
- Load & unload trucks and containers and general material handling of finished goods
- Maintain 5S in warehouse area
- Auditing the warehouse area and participating in inventory counts as needed
- Participate in monthly physical count for finished goods as required
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices, use of personal protective equipment, and company policies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
- Using scanners to maintain proper inventory for every function within the warehouse
- Other duties as assigned

**PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS**
- Always Maintains a clean work area
- Follows company policies & procedures and safety rules
- Correctly picks orders and sends correct shipments out on time

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Previous shipping and receiving experience required
- Experience driving forklifts, reach truck, and tow motors (Internal training and certification available)

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, combination of pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, twisting.

**Essential Skills**: Reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, finding information, computer use, continuous learning

**Shift Time: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.05 per hour

- Stratford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 3 years (preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift License (required)

- Day Shift (preferred)
