**NOW HIRING**:Service Advisor

**LOCATION**: Centennial Nissan Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

**HOURS**: Full time, permanent, 40-45 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and a rotation of Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.

**WAGES**: $16.00- $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

- Proficiency in computer systems and software

- Valid driver’s license is required

**JOB TASKS**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
- Provide information on service options, costs, and timelines.
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
- Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and address concerns.
- Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
- Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
- Maintain accurate service records.
