**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Collaboration & Requirement Gathering**: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define optimal solutions, and configure SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities to align with business needs.
**Project Leadership**: Lead and contribute to all phases of SAP PM implementation projects, including:
Business Blueprinting
System Configuration
Testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing)
Data Migration and Cleansing
End-User Training
Go-Live Support and Post-Go-Live Stabilization
**Integration Management**: Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO), to enable robust end-to-end processes.
Preventive Maintenance
Corrective Maintenance
Work Order Management
Asset Lifecycle and Management
**Troubleshooting and Support**: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues related to SAP PM to minimize operational downtime.
**Training and Documentation**: Develop comprehensive training materials, deliver end-user training, and create user-friendly documentation to drive adoption of SAP PM processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
**Experience**:
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and support.
Successfully completed 2-3 full life cycle SAP PM implementations.
**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with rail transportation industry processes is a strong asset.
**Skills and Competencies**:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
**Work Authorization**: Must have the legal authorization to work in Canada.
**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with SAP mobility solutions for field maintenance.
Familiarity with change management processes in SAP implementations.
