Paint Mixer

**Primetime Paint & Paper** is currently seeking a **skilled and experienced Paint Mixer** to join our dynamic team. We are a proud Benjamin Moore retailer, serving contractors, designers, and homeowners with top-quality products and expert service. If you are passionate about paint, precision tinting, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertly tint and mix paint using Benjamin Moore systems
- Match and adjust custom colours as per client specifications
- Maintain and calibrate tinting equipment regularly
- Assist customers and contractors with product recommendations and technical advice
- Organize and restock tinting area and related inventory
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth workflow

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience mixing paint (preferably with Benjamin Moore)
- Strong understanding of colour matching and tinting techniques
- Familiarity with tinting software and POS systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work all store hours as scheduled

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
