**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in automotive finance
- Previous experience structuring sub-prime financing and awareness of sub-prime lending options
- A thorough understanding of finance options, vehicle protection products, and personal coverage relating to the ownership of the vehicle.
- Able to use industry-leading technology and software to deliver upon the four essential functions of the Financial Services Office: Sales, Legal and Compliance, Administration, and Management.
- Self-motivation, committed to personal and professional development
- A demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where team success is a priority
- A valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle to get to and from work
