We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brand's presence on Amazon. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive sales, improve product visibility, and enhance the customer experience. Your expertise in Amazon's marketplace and ability to develop and execute effective strategies will be crucial to our success.

**Position Summary**

**In office** located at 67 Toll Rd

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with retailer to build key relationships
- Supply operations teams with forecasting data to enhance shipment, inventory & POS analysis. Work closely on demand planning based on sales trend, marketing campaigns and promotions
- Regularly monitoring Amazon market to identify opportunities and areas for improvements
- Partner and collaborate with retail team to drive events and grow sales while adhering to the budget
- Collaborate with team to manage and improve search/keywords, social media, online ads.
- Drive top line revenue and profit, enhance the ROI for advertising, and boost customer conversion rates
- Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand and shopper trends to gain market share, increased sales and profitability
- Develop and execute on category strategic development; plan and present an online sales strategy for business development
- Occasionally participating in warehouse functions, like overseeing the fulfillment process, conducting inventory audits, or implementing packaging improvements, to ensure seamless operations aligned with our account management objectives.
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Experience Required**:

- ** 2+ years of handling **Amazon account as a vendor**:

- Some Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in sales forecasting
- Experience in Budget Planning
- Presentation and communication skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- University Degree/College Diploma in Business or Relevant Experience
- 2+ years of previous experience with Amazon business as a vendor
