Templeton Properties is currently seeking **1 Cleaner** to join our team for a large residential building undergoing redevelopment. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day building upkeep and ensuring smooth unit turnovers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces
- Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant units for new tenants
- Support general building maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols

**Position Details**:

- **Schedule**: Variable, based on operational needs
- **Pay**: Hourly position, rate based on experience
- **Location**: On-site at a large residential complex

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning (at least 2 years)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing schedule
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in active construction or redevelopment environments
