**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Guide customers through the vehicle financing and insurance process
- Secure auto loans and lease approvals through a variety of lenders
- Present and sell extended warranties, protection plans, and other F&I products
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and complete documentation for each transaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to support vehicle delivery and deal closure
- Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current with approval guidelines
- Follow up with customers as needed and support post-sale inquiries
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance and product sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in automotive finance or sales is preferred
- Strong understanding of credit, lending, and vehicle financing processes
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to explain financial products and legal documents clearly and professionally
- A proactive attitude toward customer service and problem-solving
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid BC driver’s license with clean driving record
- VSA license (or ability to obtain it) preferred
