Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time, **Promotions Manager **to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The **Promotions Manager **can work a hybrid work arrangement and will be based out of Vancouver, BC (YVR) with some travel may be required.

**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Director, Brand, the Promotions Manager is responsible for developing and executing promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement. They are responsible for creating marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. The Promotions Manager collaborates with various departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of promotional activities.

**Working Conditions**:
The Promotions Manager operates primarily in an office setting but has the flexibility to work remotely as well as from the Corporate Office situated in Vancouver, BC. The Promotions Manager will be required to travel occasionally to support in-person meetings, company events, and other activities related to their role.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **Promotions Manager** **include:

- Develop and implement effective customer awareness and engagement campaigns and promotions that drive affinity and brand equity
- Cross-function with digital/ performance and destination marketing to ensure that all campaigns are executed with all stakeholder's needs included
- Manage relevant agencies including traditional media buying
- Manage content procurement for customer-facing communications and promotional materials
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback to appropriate departments
- Ensure customer data accuracy and audit customer records
- Track customer engagement metrics, analyze customer journeys, and make changes as needed
- Monitor customer engagement performance and suggest improvement initiatives to maximize customer loyalty

**Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety and actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) program
- Conduct assigned tasks and corrective actions

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels.
- Knowledge of customer relationships management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without any restrictions
