**The Role**

As Manager, Pension Administration, you will oversee a team delivering efficient pension benefit services for Möbius’ clients. You’ll ensure service quality, compliance, and drive improvements so members get prompt, accurate support. This role suits a people-oriented leader who can optimize processes and promote innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the Pension Administration team to maintain a positive, effective workplace.
- Oversee daily pension benefit administration for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership, clients, and committees.
- Support budgeting and monitor expenditures.
- Assess workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure clear, member-centric communications and educational materials.
- Build relationships with members, employers, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee policy development and legal compliance.
