**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to establishing solid employee relationships during the vehicle delivery process. Specifically:

- Welcomes the customers, builds a relationship of trust and demonstrates a serious commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Helps the customers by asking them questions and listening carefully to their answers, in order to identify their needs fully.
- Road test a vehicle for any potential customer. Follows dealership procedure to obtain the appropriate identity documents from the customer before the test.
- Obtains the required information and completes all documents required to prepare for a sale.
- Takes part in training courses on products and sales, as instructed by the sales manager.
- Prior to all customer deliveries must ensure that licensing, financial documents, PDI and other delivery measures have been completed.
- After delivery, follows up on accessories, documents or other special requests promised to customers.
- Contacts customers within 48 hours of the sale to ensure that they are satisfied and to resolve any possible problems.
- Helps display vehicles in the showroom and the parking lots for new and previously used vehicles.
- Assists with licensing duties.
- Assists Sales Manager and F&I Manager with administrative duties when required.
- Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of cars to the customers

**About you.**
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two (2) years working in a dealership environment
- valid G class Driver's license in good standing
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
