Reporting to the restaurant manager, the server sees to customer service according to established standards, both in the dining room and at the banquet.

**Task description**:

- Greet and serve customers and collect payments
- Set up the dining room as well as the bar for morning, noon and evening services
- Closing the till after his shift
- Assembly of rooms for banquet functions
- Maintain the premises and the equipment necessary for the service

**Skills**:

- Work experience in a unionized environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the hotel environment
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to demonstrate customer orientation

**Training**:

- DES (secondary school diploma)

**Languages**:

- Bilingual (French-English) spoken and written is required in this position, as we serve an international clientele
