We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This impactful role reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer and provides executive coordination and support, representing the organization professionally to internal and external partners.
**Your Role**:
As an Executive Coordinator, you will:
- Serve as a liaison to the executive leadership team, organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts
- Establish and manage internal and external relationships while providing consultative guidance in prioritizing and managing Presidential & CEO accountabilities
- Perform a variety of executive administrative tasks supporting the President & CEO as well as the Executive Leadership to aid in driving strategic priorities
- Manage projects from conception to completion and handle the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the Office of the President & CEO
- Support and collaborate with the Executive Assistant team
- Serve as a support to the Manager, Corporate Governance for Board and Board Committee meetings when required

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Science, or a related discipline
- Five years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives
- Experience in supporting internal and external meetings, Board of Directors, and regional tables
- Experience in the healthcare system in Ontario
- Proficiency with MS 365 and virtual meeting platforms
- Advanced skills in project leadership and management, with a keen ability to handle a diversified workload with changing priorities and deadlines
- Professional development in executive coordination, leadership, process improvement, change management, project management, and group facilitation

- Organizational Skills: Ability to meticulously manage schedules, tasks, and projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate information clearly and effectively in conversations and presentations. Proficient in drafting professional correspondence, reports, and other documents. The ability to communicate in English is mandatory; French proficiency is an asset
- Relationship Building: Capable of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships. Skilled in handling sensitive situations and information with discretion and tact
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to analyze information and situations to develop effective solutions. Demonstrates sound judgment in making decisions and providing recommendations
- Leadership and Initiative: Takes initiative to anticipate needs and act accordingly without requiring direction. Works effectively with the executive leadership team and other departments to achieve organizational goals
