**Join the Sherwood Motorcars Team - Service Department Assistant**

Sherwood Motorcars is more than a dealership — it’s where passion for luxury, performance, and precision come together. We’re searching for a **Service Department Assistant** who is organized, professional, and ready to support our service team in delivering a world-class experience for our clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and managing work orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with invoicing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Providing vital administrative support to ensure a seamless service process
- Offering a polished, professional presence in every interaction
- Assisting on occasional Saturdays as required

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong computer skills and confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A professional, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Reliability, organization, and a keen eye for detail
- No prior automotive experience required — just the right mindset and willingness to learn

**The details**:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, **11:00 AM - 5:00 PM**:

- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Work in a refined, supportive environment surrounded by some of the world’s most extraordinary vehicles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
