**All & Every** is a growing Autism and Special Education supports business that is looking to expand. Based in London, Ontario, All & Every serves London and the surrounding area in special education tutoring, respite, and life skills training.

The goal of All & Every's life skills and respite program is increased independence. That is why we offer in-home support to enhance independence through a variety of strategies to participate in activities of daily living while incorporating your loved one’s interests and respecting their individual differences

Examples of activities could include grocery shopping, meal planning, and other independant living skills.

The Autism Support Worker is responsible for implemeting a respite schedule with their clients, supporting their independence. Success is built by creating an evironement of mutual respect between the cleint and support worker. Training and support are provided along the way.
- Please note that this posting is for Delhi, Ontario as there has been a family that has expressed the need for support, this approximately a 3x/week commitment. for 4-6 hours a week*

There is also the opportunity for more hours based on need and availability.
- Have a positive attitude, be patient, organized, creative, and kind
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Have experience working with unique learners in a 1:1 capacity
- Be able to provide vulnerable sector screening
- Have access to their own mode of transportation to travel to client's home

Educational Requirements:

- Post-Secondary Education (either completed or with an expected completion date) in a relevant field (e.g., Behavioural Studies, Autism Studies, Education, B.Ed., Special Education, DSW, PSW)
- or relevant work experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
