**About us**
Joshua Goldberg Law is a busy and fast-growing personal injury law firm that serves clients all around Ontario.
We are looking for a junior lawyer to assist a senior lawyer, and to have carriage of their own files. Some experience in personal injury or insurance defence (0-2 year call to the bar) is ideal but not required. Lawyers who are just finished articling are encouraged to apply.
Duties include:
- meeting clients
- reviewing medical documentation
- Drafting claims, mediation and pre trial memos
- attending motions
- attending/conducting discoveries
- negotiating settlements
The position is fully remote but occasional travel to in-person meetings may be required.
We are primarily looking to hire someone full time, however we are open to considering part-time applicants as well.
