**Responsibilities**
The Receiver is responsible for all the following tasks within the Logistics Department
1. Ensure that lift trucks are maintained in safe, clean running condition.
2. Ensure the safe operation of lift trucks in the shipping/receiving area.
3. Ensure that all receipts and returnable bins are received in good order and are moved to proper locations, in FIFO order.
4. Clean and maintain returnable bins as required.
5. Ensure that all product is handled, moved and, stored in such a way as to prevent product damage or deterioration.
6. Interface with planner, receiving inspector, and production supervision to ensure that all functions are aware of the status of expedited products received and required by production.
7. Ensure that all receipts match packing lists and purchase order and are damage free before receiving.
8. Advise planner of all delivery problems (i.e. late or short shipments, etc.) as per daily P7R report
9. Perform other related duties as instructed by shipping supervisor and/or management.

3. Knowledge of related policies and procedures.
4. Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function.
5. Knowledge of lift truck safety.
6. Forms, Labels, and Tags governing job function.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $21.73-$24.17 per hour
